This is by far the absolute worst auto shop I have EVER taken my car to. I went in to get my cabin air filter replaced and when I got back in my car and turned on my A/C, it smelled like someone had smoked ten cigarettes and blew it into my BRAND NEW air filter. I paid for a smelly air filter.. I should’ve just kept my old one? Not to mention how absolutely disgusting state the repair guy left my car in. My car was spotless until he got it all dirty. Which I understand.. it was later in the day I know he had been working but holy cow my car was FILTHY. So I left with a dirty car and a stinky air filter. I bet the air filter wasn’t even new.. probably reused it. Dang cheapskates.

First time here, but I definitely will be back. Service was fast and efficient, prices was fair, and I definitely like the fact that they had a price list posted with about 15 common procedures listed. A well-run shop.

Great service here. They were quick with my oil change and took time to explain to me what I needed. Great customer service Will definitely return and recommend to others

Absolutely terrible experience. My grandparents went in for a routine oil change, and the technicians apparently drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil. They then added approximately six extra quarts of oil on top of the old oil that was still in the engine. This mistake could have caused serious damage to the vehicle. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response when the error was brought to their attention. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and working to resolve the issue professionally, they were rude and told my grandparents to leave the store. Mistakes can happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. Based on this experience, I would not trust this location with my vehicle and would strongly recommend others think twice before bringing their car here.

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Sinclair. I’ve had my oil changed on all our vehicles for years, but had the brakes done in our Buick for the first time yesterday. When the wrong parts were delivered I was given a ride home from an employee as to not incur an Uber expense. The next day I was promptly called and given a ride from an employee back to the shop to retrieve my vehicle. The employees were courteous and kept me informed every step the way. Very happy and would highly recommend Sinclair to anyone.
